Lighting design bringing Ibiza's iconic energy into the open air.
For the Belgian edition of Circoloco, I led the lighting design in collaboration with their creative team. Together we shaped the festival grounds into an open–air extension of the Ibiza club, using bold structures and a saturated red palette to create a strong, recognizable visual identity.
Adapting the Circoloco aesthetic to a festival scale meant finding the right balance between impact and intimacy. Sharp beams, high–contrast looks, and consistent red saturation gave the space a powerful presence while staying true to the underground energy that defines the brand.
Close work with local vendors ensured the design translated smoothly to the outdoor setting. From fixture choices to rigging solutions, early collaboration allowed us to overcome technical challenges and deliver an immersive festival environment that was both reliable and unmistakably Circoloco.
